Automotive Retention Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Retention Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for increasing customer retention through proactive communication, while also creating sales opportunities by converting service drive traffic into vehicle sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Identify and engage service customers who may be ready for a trade-in, upgrade, or new purchase.
• Work closely with the sales and service departments to schedule sales appointments directly from the service lane.
• Monitor and maintain CRM data for retention outreach, including lease and finance maturity dates.
• Develop and execute customer loyalty programs and service follow-up campaigns.
• Provide a seamless transition for service customers into the sales process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, customer retention, or service drive conversion preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a passion for customer service and sales.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
